The first step to any project is identifying the problem. This begins by understanding the background of a product and its users. This is crucial to gain an understanding of the user’s perspective, their pain points, the challenges faced by them and the business goals of the project.
In this step, we define the scope of the project by understanding the features & functionality and create use cases for the overall product.
Design kicks in at this step, where we start creating a framework and build the flow for interaction or create the information architecture.
Once the interaction flows are finalised, we start conceptualising the low fidelity as well as high fidelity wireframes.
At this step, based on the approved wireframes, we conceptualise visual design or the look & feel of the product in terms of colour, typography, icons etc.
